Order Processing

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is received.

Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL)
Delivery time: 10–15 days
Tracking available via official DHL/FedEx tracking systems.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped from outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations. These fees are not always charged.

For Express Shipping, there is approximately a 50% chance of customs charges, typically around £25–£30.

We recommend Standard Shipping if you wish to reduce the likelihood of customs fees.

If customs charges are applied, please note:

Customs procedures are fully independent of our store.
We are not responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities.
If you provide a valid payment receipt, we will refund 100% of the customs fee as store credit for your next order.

Packaging & Protection

We carefully package all items and ensure shipments are properly protected and insured when necessary.

If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, we will provide a replacement after inspection of the returned item.

Missing or Damaged Items

If items are missing or damaged, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier to receive compensation.

Failure to follow the carrier’s claim procedure may result in no refund or compensation.

If the carrier rejects the claim due to incomplete documentation, we cannot provide reimbursement.

In such cases, our responsibility is limited to the difference between the product price and any compensation provided by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier do not entitle customers to compensation or damages.

Returns & Exchanges

If there are visible defects not caused by shipping damage, customers are eligible for a 7-day return policy after receiving the order.

Customers may choose:

A full refund
A free replacement with a similar or higher-value item

We also accept returns within 7 days for any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
